The Corner Room is a State College, PA tradition whose ties go back to the start of The Pennsylvania State University. Where Penn State started off as The Pennsylvania Farmers High School in 1855, The Corner Room started as Jack’s Roadhouse the very same year. It was renamed “The Corner Room” in 1926 and has been a State College tradition ever since.
